The Giants scored four points in the fourth inning of Zach Davies to beat the Brewers 4-2 in a game called in the middle of the fifth inning because of bad weather.

Davies started for Milwaukee and, after scoring three innings, gave a solo circuit to Brandon Belt in the fourth quarter. Two singles and the defensive player's choice scored three more points in the heat before Nate Griep replaced Davies on the mound.

The Brewers scored two points in the fifth inning when Orlando Arcia opened the round with a single and Tyrone Taylor made a home run.

The return failed because the match was called down the fifth because of the rain.
