SEVILLA, Spain (AP) – The Spanish club Sevilla has announced that it has recruited striker Munir El Haddadi of Barcelona and defender Maximilian Woeber of Ajax.
Seville has not indicated the duration of the contract nor the transfer fee for one or the other player.
El Haddadi, 23, had played 11 games for Barcelona this season, scoring two goals in replacement.
El Haddadi had played the two previous seasons on loan at Valencia and Alaves, where he scored 14 goals last season. He joins the Sevillian attack of Portuguese strikers Andre Silva and Wissam Ben Yedder.
Woeber, 20, has been playing for Ajax since 2017. He has played 30 games in the Dutch league and six in the Champions League.
Sevilla are third in the Spanish league and travel to Athletic Bilbao on Sunday.
